Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support; serve as a resource for customers and sales teams, providing expert advice and answering nutrition-related inquiries.
- Provide nutrition assessments and educate customers about dietary supplements, vitamins, and other health products available in the store.
- Assist customers with their orders, including processing transactions and managing returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Conduct training sessions for sales personnel to ensure they understand product benefits
- Coordinate and support in store sales and stock movement.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or health-related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficient in English and Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with relevant background are encouraged to apply
- Full time position based Kepong Manjalara, KL

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
