**Job Description**:

- Clean dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas as set by the management
- Assisting the chef in preparation, including but not limited to washing, chopping, shredding, and grating of ingredients
- Sweeping and mopping floors in the event of spillage
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physically strong and fit
- Able to work under pressure
