HR general matters which include payroll calculation, attendance, staff welfare, record keeping and etc.
- Reporting to HQ at JB for all HR related matters.
- Manage daily and monthly factory inventory inflows and outflows.
- Manage out data and doing reports for factory weekly and monthly.
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Checking sales invoices and update in tracking file
- Update DO and PO for daily process
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
