**About the Opportunity**:
Our client is looking to collaborate with talented people for the **Technical Business Analyst **role.

**Role Title: Technical Business Analyst**

**Type: Permanent with HCL Tech**

**Work Location: KL, Malaysia**

**Mode: Work from Office**

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA’s)**
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to optimize team performance.
- Partner with product owners/SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria
- Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Experience as Business Analyst in **Financial Service Industry/Banking Industry**
- Strong experience in requirements engineering. Able to perform user story preparation, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades.
- Proven knowledge and experience with **Agile methodologies including SAFe, Kanban** and scrum as well as traditional waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with **Java**
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding
- Solid business analysis skills to elicit and document requirement
- Solid communication skills to liaise with the **business stakeholder and the technical team**
- Clear understanding of software development cycle

**You are**:

- A highly organized and detail oriented, vocal and fast learner.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Experience and comfortable to work with remote team and multi-national and multi-cultural team.
- Able to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
- Able to prioritize your own task, and identify potential risk in early stage
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
