_Requirements_
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Knowledge of engineering and production processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Depth knowledge & handle Primavera Planning Tools.
- Job Description_

a. Be able to produce reports and assist the Department head for senior management reporting.

b. Liaise with various department internally and external parties on the planning related issues.

c. Establishes reporting criteria, content and format for monthly project status reports including provide advice to Project Planner on report and analysis.

d. Able to assist Project Planner in mitigating delays and any other potential Risk i.e Standby, Work Stoppage, Extension of Time, Change Orders, Resequencing of activities, etc for the assigned projects.

e. Be able to assist tender team to develop schedule or planning package, if required.

f. Participate Client and assist Project Planner in schedule challengers.

g. Be able to cover the project planner task in the absent of the project planner on the following scope;
- Develop and Maintain the detail project schedule i.e Minimum Level 3, and/or more where required.
- Ensure active engagement of team members by delegation of tasks to the appropriate person both on long term and on day-to-day basis.
- Ensuring adherence to recommended best practices such as the critical path method based on PERT chart/bar chart.
- Be able to dictate any potential delays and propose mitigation plan.
- Coordination and regulating various meetings such as project progress review meetings, and the like.
- Application of various project progress method to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines or deliverables.
- Participate with Client in schedule challenges together with Project Manager.
- Devising strategies to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways, improvising with available resource, scheduling overtime to meet the dateline.
- Collate information from various departments for updates within the project and assist Project Manager in producing monthly progress report, weekly progress report with 2 weeks look ahead activities.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
