Provide comprehensive and timely failure analysis, construction analysis and technical services for internal and external customer using failure analysis analytical tools.
- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Work with minimum supervision.
- Perform standard calibration on the PM equipment.
- Perform routine monitoring (Temp, RH, Radiation reading)
- Ensure the storage is well maintained, stocks are properly stored and maintain the quantity.
- Fill up PM documentation as required Parts or consumables preparation for PM Carry out routine check and recording on the tool parameters.
- Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment
- “Report and Escalate abnormality.”
- Ensure that safety standards are maintained while performing duties.
- Good 5S practice

- Holds Diploma in Electrical Electronic / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering field.
- Good in English writing and basic English communication skills.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**

- The electrical characterization of a failure, starting with accessibility via the external paths, down to the specific cell of a product, enabling the identification and visualization of the failure mechanism.

- For the reporting of their findings in a standard PAL format or 8D format that can be delivered to the internal or external customer.

- Perform periodic service and maintenance work on lab equipment.

- Ensure 5S performance is according to the standards.

- Assist engineer in troubleshoot and repair lab equipment/system.

- Assist engineer in lab capabilities improvement activities.

- Provide technical services to internal and external customer.

- Other duties as assigned.
