1. Process Quality Control:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through initiatives like Kaizen.

2. Documentation Quality Control:

- Develop and maintain standardized documentation templates and style guides.
- Implement and manage a version control system for all documentation.
- Establish a rigorous review and approval process to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Regularly update documentation to reflect process changes and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

3. Compliance and Record Keeping:

- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, audits, and corrective actions.
- Ensure documentation is accessible and secure, with appropriate access controls.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on process and documentation.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with process monitoring tools and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
