**PROTÉGÉ - Ready to Work (RTW) Trainee**
Join us under the PROTÉGÉ-RTW Program, a government initiative to equip fresh graduates with practical skills and real workplace experience. This **8 month program**offers on-the-job training, soft skills development, and industry exposure to prepare you for future career opportunities.

**Bachelor's Degree in/or related course**:

- _Business Administration/International Business_
- _Human Resources Management_
- _Accounting/Finance/Credit Control_
- _Sales/Marketing/Mass Communication/ Public Relations_
- _Quantity Surveying/Procurement/Contract Management_
- _Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)_
- _Architect/Design_
- _Information Technology_
- _relevant courses/graduates that are interested in joining_

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen
- Degree holder (any discipline) with CGPA 3.0 and above
- Unemployed after graduation for not more than 2 years or underemployed graduates
- **Strong willingness to learn and adapt**:

- **Good communication and interpersonal skills**
