**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare & update Project Department employee calendar
- Monitor, maintain and update Assets Control Report for each project & under project department
- Monitor & process of any related Quit Rent & Assessment
- Arrange any project department related meeting & prepare minutes of meeting
- Prepare necessary reports requested by Project Manager
- Able to prepare letter requested by Project Manager
- Practice excellent data entry and document management and filing
- Able to communicate promptly and effectively with all site employees and provide clear, accurate and concise information

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Engineering, HR Management, or Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any related field
- Possess good organisation and time management skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and demonstrate teamwork
- Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office
- Flexible, able to travel and work long hours
