Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Continuously track and monitor stock levels to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Input data regarding stock, purchases, and sales into inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Assist with conducting regular stock counts or audits to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Track inventory movements (incoming and outgoing) and notify management when stock levels are low.
- Assist in receiving shipments of goods and verify that the correct items and quantities are delivered.
- Inspect incoming stock for damage or discrepancies and ensure it meets quality standards before adding it to the inventory.
- Label and organize inventory items according to categories, product codes, or other classifications to improve accessibility.
- Help keep storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized, optimizing space for maximum efficiency.
- Assist in creating regular inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and trends.
- Monitor stock movement patterns and help identify slow-moving or obsolete stock to inform purchasing decisions.
- Process orders, ensuring the correct items are picked, packed, and shipped.
- Help manage backorders, ensuring customers are informed and reorders are placed in a timely manner.
- Address customer inquiries regarding stock availability or order status.
- Handle inventory associated with product returns or exchanges, ensuring accurate restocking or disposal.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
