**Job Summary**:
The Team Lead / UI UX Designer Manager oversees the end-to-end user experience and interface design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing digital products. This role involves leading a team of designers, managing design operations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers and Developers to align business goals with user needs.

**Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set clear goals, conduct regular design reviews, and ensure consistent design quality across all deliverables.
- Manage workload, timelines, and priorities within the design team.
- Facilitate skill development and performance reviews for team members.

**Design Strategy & Execution**
- Define and implement the design vision, strategy, and processes to enhance product usability and aesthetics.
- Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive design solutions.
- Drive user-centered design thinking across all stages — from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI design.
- Maintain design consistency through component libraries, design systems, and brand guidelines.

**User Experience & Research**
- Oversee user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and data to improve product experience.
- Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support product roadmap discussions and contribute to feature prioritization based on UX impact.

**Quality & Innovation**
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity and creativity.
- Ensure all design outputs meet business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
