**Job Summary**:
The QAQC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all precast concrete elements are manufactured in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the structural integrity and performance of precast products through systematic inspections, testing, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Assurance**
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
- Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections for formwork, reinforcement, embedments, and concrete finishes.
- Monitor material quality (e.g., aggregates, cement, admixtures, reinforcement).
- Ensure proper curing, storage, and handling of precast elements.

**2. Quality Control**
- Supervise daily inspections and testing at various stages of production.
- Coordinate with lab technicians for concrete testing (e.g., slump, compressive strength, air content).
- Ensure accurate documentation of inspection and test results.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain records for traceability, batch reports, and compliance documents.

**3. Supervision & Coordination**
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Attend internal and client quality meetings and inspections.
- Liaise with third-party inspectors or certifying agencies when necessary.

**4. Skills**:

- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., MS, BS, ASTM, ACI).
- Familiarity with construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QAQC documentation software.
- Ability to lead a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
