We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Retail Manager** who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about driving sales, managing teams, and shaping the future of our retail presence. As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the retail team, driving sales, optimizing store performance, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your job requirements are as follows and not limited to:

- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of store managers, retail teams and sales associates to achieve individual, and team goals. Ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times by implementing customer-first strategies, analysing customer feedback and oversee customer loyalty programme.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of all retail stores, aligning them with company policies and brand standards.
- Store Expansion Management: Accommodate in the planning and executing new store openings, from site selection to launch, ensuring alignment with company growth strategies.
- Launch Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store launches, meeting operational and branding standards.
- Brand Standards: Ensure all stores are aligned with our brand standards in terms of store layout, visual merchandising, and customer service practices.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and safety regulations. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Able to speak in Mandarin
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, with experienced in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
- Knowledgeable of retail operations, customer service best practices, inventory management, and sales processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed, especially during new store openings
