HR & Admin Executive

**Job Role**:
- To assist in handling a full spectrum of human resource activities including payroll, recruitment, resignation, staff welfare, training & development and performance management.
- Maintain employee personnel files, induction, learning and development records and HR files, information systems and databases in a timely manner.
- Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws.
- Assist in managing salary and government statutory for expatriates and foreign workers.
- Assist with day-to-day office administration.
**Qualification**:
- Min 2 year(s) of working experience in Human Resource field
- Experience in using i-Flexi Attendance and Payroll System
- Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Regulations, HR practices and legislation.
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or any relevant field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
