WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
To work closely with the Director of Direct Marketing / Outbound Contact Centre (OCC) in developing and managing the direct marketing / direct sales channels including developing / growing the relationship with new / existing partners, supporting implementation of new direct sales models and supporting execution of appropriate marketing initiatives and campaigns
- To ensure that the Direct Marketing channel conducts business according to company philosophy, policy and SOP and regulatory requirements thus ensuring business compliance, quality and sustainability while delivering the company’s, division’s and partners’ business objectives and plans.
(A) Partner Management / Channel Management
- To front and manage the relationship with Public Bank to deliver DMTM budget numbers and business objectives
- To draft, plan and execute key strategies to deepen the partnership and to bring the partnership to the next level
- To design, develop and implement telemarketing / direct channel campaigns / initiatives and customer campaigns / promotions to deliver the plan numbers and to increase insurance penetration for PBB customers
- To work with Customer Propositions Marketing Team to develop new products for distribution to Public Bank customers / new non-Citi and non-PBB partners / Digital Platform Partnerships (DPP) via telemarketing / direct channels
- To develop new sales models / channels including tele-consultants, digital-led sales and to develop cross-sell opportunities for leads generated through AIA’s marketing activities
(B) Campaign Management
- To obtain the necessary approval from all relevant parties and to ensure that campaigns planned are launched and completed on time, achieved the campaign targets with timely reporting and analysis and are managed within the allowable MME
- To work with partners (including Public Bank) to ensure delivery and selection of the best quality customer leads for OCC to achieve both sales and quality KPIs
- To be responsible for drafting tele-scripts, FAQs, and other sales tools / materials for telemarketing / direct sales channels
- To support effective campaign resource planning and allocation and proper set-up of processes and systems for effective campaign management, leveraging on proven call center methodologies and technologies
- To work with OCC Sales Managers to set appropriate campaign targets / KPIs to drive the team in improving campaign sales conversion, TSR productivity, efficiency of leads utilization
- To develop appropriate campaign tracking mechanisms, reports, and analysis to track campaign performance
- To ensure timely and accurate submission of sales / campaign / TSR-related reports to partners as required by SLAs
(C) Channel Business Quality Management
- To ensure regulatory requirements, SLAs with partners (bank partners and internal partners such as AIAGB), company and department policies / SOPs are being complied
- To manage and strengthen DMTM quality KPIs including persistency and Free-Look cancelation
- To ensure campaign expenses are managed within the allowable Marketing Expenses
