**Responsibilities**:
**Own It**:

- Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of BI Dashboards.
- Develop scalable and maintainable BI Dashboards to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and complete technical architectural documents.
- Maintain business Intelligence data integrity.
- Owning the end to end of project dashboard deliverables from requirement gathering to deployment of dashboard.
- Assist in technical escalations for BI dashboard issues.
- Develop knowledge on business intelligence skills and processes.
- Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

- Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.

- Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
- Assist the team in organizing and running campaigns and activities.

- Adapt, simplify and act quickly based on business needs.

**Delight Customers**:

- Conduct meetings with stakeholders for project requirements gathering.
- Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
- Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analyst/ Visualization or related role.
- Strong knowledge on SQL and reporting tools, mainly Power BI (or any other data visualization tool such as Tableau).
- Data modelling, data warehousing, data visualization and analytics.
- Knowledge on AWS cloud data warehouse environment would be an added advantage
- Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence, Agile Scrum methodology would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Python would be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and writing skills (English & Malay language).
