- Help with employee documentation and file management, including the preparation of employment contracts.
- Support new hire orientation and employee training programs.
- Assist with employee attendance management and leave administration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating employee databases and records.
- Help with employee welfare initiatives, such as organizing company events or social activities.
- Provide support on company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced HR services for external clients

**QUALIFICATION**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
