1) Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives 2) Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success 3) Prepare budgets and ensure adherence 4) Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers 5) Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.) 6) Coordinate all operations 7) Lead promotional activities for the event 8) Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.) 9) Approve all aspects before the day of the event 10) Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur 11) Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

12) Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.

13) Handling budgeting and invoicing.

14) Liaising and negotiating with vendors.

15) Negotiating sponsorship deals.

16) Handling logistics.

17) Updating senior management.

18) Managing branding and communication.

19) Developing event feedback surveys.

20) Obtaining permits.

21) Handling post-event reports.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
