Sales Designer

As a Sales Designer in our cabinetry industry, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective customer engagement, compelling design presentations, and successful deal closures. From prospecting to project management, this role will encompass various aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients through effective market research and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
- Engage with clients to understand their cabinetry needs, preferences, and budget.
- Deliver captivating sales presentations showcasing cabinetry designs and features.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Use persuasive techniques to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop, present, and articulate creative and functional cabinetry design concepts tailored to clients' needs.
- Produce accurate, comprehensive, and visually appealing interior design drawings using appropriate software.
- Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all sales-related activities.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial client engagement to project completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Facilitate timely and accurate payment collection.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Designer in the cabinetry or related industry.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, hardware and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and translate clients' needs into functional designs.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Office and on-site visits as required.
- Travel is necessary to meet clients and visit project sites.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
