We are one of the online fashion store that specialises in digital marketing. In fact, we have a complete system in digital marketing which includes brand marketing, product marketing, and visual marketing. Not to mentioned we have 3 successful brands using the same system that proven works.

**Duties/Responsibilities**

**-Post-Sales**: Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs. Follow up with potential leads to ensure successful purchases and repeat business. Handle order tracking, delivery updates, and return requests and turn issues into new sales opportunities.

**-Build Relationships**: Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve products, services, and the overall experience. Build and nurture strong relationships to foster customer loyalty.

**-Support**: Resolve post-purchase concerns quickly and efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

**-Team**: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise promotions and drive revenue growth.

**-Document**: Maintain detailed customer interaction records in the CRM to create future sales opportunities seamlessly.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven 1 years of experience in CRM.
- 1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices

- Strong understanding in logistics and lingerie products.
- Delegate and supervise creative members as needed

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
