Regional Sales Manager for Northern and Central Regions - Frozen Food Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at a leading frozen food manufacturing company. This position will oversee the sales operations of our Northern and Central regions and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and generate profits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies in order to maximize revenue and profits in the assigned regions
- Monitor sales performance in the Northern and Central regions and adjust strategies to ensure sales targets are met
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly
- Monitor and analyze customer trends and feedback
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with customers and internal teams
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Develop training programs for sales representatives
- Report to the Sales Director on performance metrics
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven record of success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent knowledge of the Northern and Central regions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and trends
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
