Key Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for account strategies and business plans for growth
- To achieve sales and profit target set by company
- Responsible for the annual business cycle of the assign accounts
- Plan and review on business performance and promotion strategies Trading Term negotiation
- Customer collaboration and Join Business Plan with retailer - To build sales growth and manage all promotion campaigns effectively, delivering value to the business.
- Plan and regularly visit call our customer
- Generate new market and new business account
- Support superior in managing day to day sales planning, monitoring and operating
- Actively to work closely with cross functional department to ensure excellent execution
- To spearhead the development and building of the annual account plan to achieve and support company objectives in sales, market shares and profitability and implementing sales plan to achieve targeted sales and distribution objective within budgeted spend.
- To identify opportunity to drive improvement in 5P's for the account.
- Responsible for the yearly sales processes and strategic development planning with partners.
- Monthly forecast planning
- To monitor collection for the assign account
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years in Key account management or relevant working experience preferably within an FMCG industry
- Computer literate (eg: Excel, Power Point)
- Prefer FMCG Sales experience in key account that may bring solid change and drive for business
- Experience in Planning and operation
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Capable of multitasking with good follow through skills
- Possess own transportation
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
