**The Core Job**:

- You are required to assist and provide effective risk oversight and guidance over the effective operation of the risk management framework.
- You will be establishing new methodologies, philosophies, and ideas to improve the company’s risk management framework in assisting, monitoring, and reporting risk.
- Your voices and advice are highly needed in the matter of control points and actions to be taken to mitigate the risk from the business unit view point.
- You need to prepare reports for the RMC when needed.
- You need to assist with any ad hoc assignments that are required by the reporting manager.

**Education/Experience**:

- Worked in General Insurance company in Risk Management role
- Took up supervisory role where required
