Production Planner

**Responsibility**
a) Work closely with the production team and assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production line.
b) Assist in forecast analysis, plan / aligning capacity outlook and coordination order with the purchaser for raw materials, production ingredients and packaging based on production schedule plan, consumption, sales order, inventory level, and delivery lead time to ensure on-time supply to meet daily production targets.
c) Liaising with Sales department on new jobs deployment.
d) Prepare and submit production daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
e) To ensure that daily records are properly maintained, updated, and remain traceable.
f) To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all materials are controlled, stored, and segregated properly.
g) Assist in inventory control and stock management.
h) Monitor and ensure workplace safety and proper housekeeping.
i) To ensure company's production and safety rules and regulations being followed.
j) Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in accordance with company recipes, standards, and procedures.
k) In-charge for all production administration affairs.
l) Develop production schedules and plans based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and production capacity.
m) Supervise Production output performance.
n) Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
**Qualifications**:
a) Diploma in Operations / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration.
b) Required 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing or holding the similar role.
c) Computer literate.
d) Reliable, able to work in minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
