Responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and developing strategies to expand our product offerings and market reach.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Industry Engagement (Client Acquisition and Retention):

- Stay abreast of trends and developments in the esports industry.
- Attend esports events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

2. Market Analysis:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with esports teams, influencers, and organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitive landscapes and industry trends.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights to guide business decisions.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Use market insights to develop strategies for product development and market positioning.

3. Revenue Diversification (Sales Strategy):

- Explore and implement new revenue streams, such as limited-edition releases, virtual merchandise, or in-game items.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative ideas into product development.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.

4. Product Collaboration:

- Collaborate with esports teams and influencers to create exclusive and co-branded merchandise.
- Oversee the development and production of merchandise in line with brand guidelines.

5. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing esports partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

6. Proposal Development:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

- Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to enhance brand visibility within the esports community.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sponsorship packages.
- Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Provide input into product development based on client feedback and market demands.

8. Networking:

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network and identify business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to its positive image in the industry.

9. Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and refinement of business development strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development within the merchandise industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
