**Responsibilities**:
**1. Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on technical issues, maintenance schedules, and any safety concerns. Maintain detailed records of all drawings, maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections provided by Clients or any related agencies.

**2. Operational Support**: Assist marketing team in reviewing technical proposal, technical drawings, & technical specifications. Assist in inspections to ensure that all technical equipment meets regulatory requirements. Participate in meetings to discuss performance issues and suggest improvements.

**3. Planning and Arranging Site Jobs with Clients**: This involves coordinating with clients to schedule and plan maintenance. It may include site visits, understanding client needs, creating service schedules, and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. If required, may need to assist in some technical works or services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**1. Technical background** with 3-5 years of experience in **rolling stock** (trains, LRT, MRT, or any related field).

2. **Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint**, and other office software.

3. Knowledge of **AutoCAD** is a significant advantage.

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
