**Summary**

As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing Motor Third Party Property Damage claims. You will investigate claims, determine coverage and liability, and ensure fair and prompt settlement in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and evaluate Motor Third Party Property Damage claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
- Conduct thorough investigations, including analyzing police reports, repair estimates, and investigation reports to assess the validity of claims.
- Coordinate with repair shops, adjusters, and other professionals to gather necessary information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities and decisions.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, providing clear explanations of claims processes and decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues.
- Managing interactions with intermediaries and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims examination or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, coverage, and regulations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
