**Role and Responsibilities**

Conduct and monitor risk assessment across the company and at all sites and recommend solutions on how to reduce or minimize the risk.

Coordinate and assist in delivering the Safety, Health, Environment and Security strategy including the setting and monitoring of KPI’s in line with strategy.

Deliver audit or inspection programme (plans and ad-hoc) across the company to ensure the full compliance to the required standards and regulations.

Manage and maintain record on reported incidents and accidents, conduct investigations / inspection findings, and propose recommendations for improvement or preventive measures.

Develop, implement and maintain Safety, Health, Environment and Security policies and procedures.

Maintain and promote awareness to employees to ensure adoption and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures in related to Safety, Health, Environment and Security.

Conduct internal safety and security training as and when necessary.
Performs any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.

**Educational Requirements (Qualification)**

Diploma/Degree in relevant field of study.
