**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Warehouse Manager** to oversee daily operations of our e-commerce fulfillment center. The role involves managing inventory, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and leading warehouse staff to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations**
- Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layouts, storage systems, and process flows.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.

**2. Inventory Management**
- Manage stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor product movement, shrinkage, and damages to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with procurement and merchandising teams to ensure stock availability.
- Implement barcode / WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.

**3. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch**
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Liaise with courier and logistics partners for timely delivery and reverse logistics.
- Monitor order turnaround time, dispatch accuracy, and delivery performance metrics.

**4. Team Management**
- Supervise and train warehouse staff (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, etc.).
- Plan and schedule workforce for peak and off-peak periods.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

**5. Process Improvement & Reporting**
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Develop KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, cost per order).
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 4-8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management (preferably in e-commerce or retail fulfillment).
- Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP platforms.
- Strong background in order fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and returns management.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and warehouse software tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards, lean warehousing, and process optimization.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Order accuracy rate
- On-time dispatch rate
- Inventory accuracy (%)
- Cost per order fulfilled
- Warehouse space utilization (%)
- Employee productivity & retention

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
