We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us generate quality B2B leads and drive sales growth.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate high-quality B2B leads.
- Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound customer service, B2B lead generation, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and customer service tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainability and the e-waste industry is a plus.
