**Position: IT Support Level 2 (US Market) (Mandarin Speaker)**

**Tenure: 2 years contract (Renewable basis)**

**Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3500 + Fixed allowance ( RM 500 Training allowance + RM 400 Shift allowance)**

**Working Location: Shah Alam**

**Working Hour: Night Shift ( 9pm - 6am) ( Fixed Shift)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve technical issues related to enterprise GIS servers using the right tools and other related technologies
- Work well in a high energy, fast paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation in customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify issues and log defects for software improvements
- Work in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Information Technology, Business IT, Programming, or other equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
- Background working as Server Administrator, Network Administrator will be an advantage.
- Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end user contact
- Fresh Grad with good experience during internship are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Web Servers, SSL, Web Certificates, Proxy Servers, Windows Servers, Windows Accounts, LDAP / Active Directory, SQL Database
- Aptitude to gain understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systems
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency
- Strong prioritization skills including managing time and work load efficiently
- Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end user contact

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
