Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes and bread.
- Creating new and exciting cakes, breads to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers with the latest trends.
- Decorating pastries using diffrent icings, toppigs and to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.
- Monitors stocks for baking ingrediants such as flour, sugar and make appropriate orders within budget.
- Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
- Monitor cleanliness of the bakery section.
- Follows proper handlng and right temperature of all food products.
- Monitor all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
- Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues or unsafe practices and procedures to managements immediately.
- Make sure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
