Qc Manager

**Duties and Responsiblities**:
**Liaise with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection, bodies and suppliers on matters relating to quality assurance and technical matters.**

**Possess good knowledge in raw material performance and ensuring tests on quality of all raw materials used in the manufacture of concrete are conducted and analyses to minimize failures.**

**Assist in coordinating all QA and QC operations in conjunction with QC staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided.**

**Assist Plant Management to comply with all standard operating procedures, relevant statutory and company requirements in relation to management of raw materials, environment (waste disposal, dust and noise) within the permissible level.**

**Conduct ISO audits for Production and QC departments to ensure compliance with SIRIM's requirement.**

**Promote an environment that creates ownership of health, safety and environment by employees and develop a safe working environment for staff.**

**Coordinate with Production/ Plant Manager to conduct investigations on quality deficiencies.**

**To ensure the manufacturing and production of materials are of the highest quality and in compliance with predetermined criteria and specifications as established by customers.**

**Performing analyses and technical workon a daily basic to ensure quality and consistency.**

**Correlates test results in relation to customer complaints to determine cause and prevent future complaints.**

**Ensure plant complies with all SOPs, relevant statutory and company requirements in relation to management of raw materials, environment (waste disposal, dust, and noise) within permissible level.**

**Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.**

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- concrete: 5 years (preferred)
- Quality control: 5 years (preferred)
