What You'll Do:

- Leverage Leading Tools: Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
- Conduct User Research: Engage directly with users to gather insights and validate design concepts through testing and feedback.
- Iterate with Precision: Refine and iterate on designs based on user data and team feedback to continually improve the user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma, as well as familiarity with other design and prototyping tools like Sketch and Adobe XD.
- Understanding of UX Principles: A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. You should be able to articulate your design choices and iterate based on constructive feedback.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach design challenges creatively and offer practical, user-friendly solutions.
- Educational Background: A degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
