**Overview**

Our client is an established legal firm with a strong presence in conveyancing, banking, and real estate law. They are seeking a Legal Associate with strong conveyancing experience, particularly in sub-sale transactions to join a growing practice and engage directly with clients, agents, and bankers in the local market at their JB branch.

**Responsibilities**

1) Handle full set of sub-sale SPA files independently from start to finish

2) Liaise with clients, agents, bankers and developers to ensure smooth transaction flow

3) Monitor file progress and ensure all legal and regulatory timelines are met

**Requirements**:
1) 1 to 2 years of PQE in conveyancing (sub-sale experience required)

2) Able to manage files independently with mínimal supervision

3) Comfortable dealing with property agents and financial institutions

4) Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken & written)

5) Strong communication, time management and client service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
