**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Join physical pop-up events by operating Destination GOOD pop-up shops on a monthly basis**
- ** Create content for online marketing and social media promotion so as to engage shoppers, build customer awareness and loyalty**
- ** Ensure all sales are fulfilled on a timely basis**
- ** Ensure all sales and payment transactions are accurately recorded and filed for accounting purposes**
- ** Undertake quarterly stock-takes to ensure accuracy of product inventory**
- ** Fulfill annual audit requirements**
- ** Be proactive in sourcing and reviewing new product lines, including working with social enterprise communities to develop new designs**
- ** Organise suitable workshops, events and/or activities to enhance storytelling and highlight social enterprise cause behind the products**
- ** Recruit, interview, hire and train new retail staff and/or part-times as and when required**

**Job Requirements**
- ** At least 2 years of experience in operating online or retail store**
- ** Supplementary experience in online content creation**
- ** Graphic design skills is a plus**
- ** Possess on transport and is able to be based in RedQ and travel to pop-up store locations independently**
