Monitor repair and maintenance work at site for example electrical, drainage, plumbing, painting, road, road kerb, ponds toilets, washing of tomb, walkway and others at Nirvana Memorial Garden.
- Ensure that machineries and motor vehicles are maintained according to schedule.
- Supervise the cleanliness of building, road side, ponds and others.
- Supervise and mobilization of maintenance workers.
- Liaise with external technician on maintenance services.
- Ensure that burial site is clean and tidy before arrival of customer during 3rd day praying ceremony.
- Ensure that maintenance operation process is in accordance to ISO procedures and forms updated.
- Perform conformance inspection on landscape contractor’s work.
- Monitor the daily work of contractor on landscape and cleaning based on the daily report to ensure that all zones are covered within the month.
- Evaluate the work of contractor on half yearly basis.
- Supervise the cultivation of plants at the site nursery.
- Monitor the cleanliness of all zones, common area and growth of plants, trees, shrubs, grass, etc in the park and nursery.
- Recommend the type of plants to use for tombs and other landscape.
- Verification of contractor’s claims.
- Ensure that all relevant tomb beds are landscaped after the tombs are completed.
- Ensure that the landscape in the part are within the standard requirement and all dried plants, trees, shrubs, grass and etc are replaced.
- Ensure that all landscape complaints are attended to promptly.
- Assist with landscape decoration during function.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work on weekends and public holiday. Allowance will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Site.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
