- Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit-margins.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Addressing customers' requests, comments, and complaints.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Organizing store staff work schedules.
- Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
- Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.
- Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store.
- Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures.

**Monthly sales achievement incentive up to RM 300**

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DRIVING LICENSE (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
