To confirm cash, direct bank transfer, cheques received from customers are correct and tally with invoice, debit note, credit note or statement. -To ensure issuing of official receipts for all payments received attaching with statement or invoice and update into the accounting system. -To issue monthly statement by precisely checking against invoice, debit note and credit note before sending to customer. -To coordinate with third party accounting firm for audit purpose. -To undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by management when required.
