Your passion for Sales and Business Development will allow you to succeed in this role. This is an outbound sales role where you introduce INCM's highly acclaimed services.

1. Create lead to prospective clients, generate tailored quotations, and close sale.

2. Update sales cycle and activities in CRM via smartphone/laptop. Payment collection is a must during the sales cycle.

3. Attend and secure all potential sales prospect and enquiries for Pahang and outstation areas.

4. Provide sales quotation to customer efficiently and aggressively.

5. Build strong rapport with clients, ensure the project satisfies clients.

6. Resolve product and service problems, disruptions and clients' complaints.

7. Provide monthly sales forecast and calculate expected profit to Sales and Marketing Manager.

8. Provide lost-business reports to Sales and Marketing Manager on monthly basis.

9. Liaison with operation team to ensure project completion within time line given.

10. Establish new or diversify product for the construction industry.

11. Gather the internal and external feedback related to product and service from clients and production to Sales and Marketing Manager.

12. Feedback to Sales and Marketing Manager on the product pricing structures based on cost analysis and current economic and competitive conditions.

13. Collect all outstanding due debts from clients.

14. You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia & English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
License/Certification:

- Car license (preferred)
Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
