**Location**: Wonjo Buanjib at Juru Auto City, Penang

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Service Crew member to join our team at our Korean BBQ restaurant. As a Service Crew member, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable dining experience while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests in choosing menu items and explain the concept of Korean BBQ.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests throughout their meal.
- Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

**2. Serving Food and Drinks**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all side dishes and condiments are available and replenished regularly.
- Assist customers with grilling their food, ensuring they are comfortable with the process.
- Refill drinks, provide additional utensils, and clear away used plates and dishes.

**3. Restaurant Maintenance**:

- Keep dining areas clean and organized, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Ensure that all condiments, cutlery, napkins, and other items are properly stocked and available for customers.
- Clean and sanitize tables after guests leave to prepare for the next guests.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen and service areas.

**4. Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures for health and safety.
- Assist in opening and closing the restaurant, including setting up and closing down workstations.
- Maintain positive communication with colleagues and management.

**5. Additional Duties**:

- Handle cash and credit card transactions, if required, and provide correct change.
- Take responsibility for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
- Assist with special events, promotions, or catering services as needed.

**6. Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
- Knowledge of Korean BBQ and menu items is a bonus, but training will be provided.
