**About the Job**:
The **Operations Administrator** is responsible for managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support business operations through effective administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of operational procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of business operations, including documentation, reports, and compliance data.
- Support the coordination of internal processes, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist in handling operational inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations-related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Benefit**:

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
