**The Company**
Our client is one of the top 10 global logistics company who focuses on freight forwarding, customs brokerage, road transport and warehousing solutions globally.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contract Logistics, the Site Manager will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service level, leading in warehouse projects and implementation and achieving operational excellence meeting the company objectives and goals.
**The Site Manager will be responsible**:
- Involved in project planning, manpower planning, resources and equipments.
- Managing warehouse operations including warehouse receiving operations, containers un-stuffing, stuffing, quality control management and identify cargo defects, and ensure cargo safety.
- Working with inventory team to:
- Perform receiving put-away in accordance with the directions given
- Perform receiving put-away in accordance with the directions given
- Coordinate cycle counting and inventory check
- Organize cargo picking
- Ensure a proper counter check of the items identification numbers and quantities picked to identify picking mistakes and their origin
- Reporting and data recording on inbound and outbound activity
- Handling customer case dispute matters by taking all the necessary pictures of inbound and outbound container and ensure a proper tracking and tracing system for further reference
- Perform corrective action against the procedures or staff putting the trouble in the operations and refraining the team to perform according to the KPI given
- Responsible of improvement plan implementation and cost control initiative
- Conduct regular training on cargo handling instructions, working efficiency (speed vs. quality), handling equipment utilization, company assets usage and company policy respect
- Control the contractor staff working hour and minimize the total working time to reduce the cost (minimizing work at night time and during Sundays and public holidays)
- Customer relationship management and supplier management
- Develop, review, maintain, implement and ensure ISO compliance for warehouse
**The requirements**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management in the logistics industry.
- Experience in containerized cargo inbound and outbound operations preferred.
- Experience of storage process and inventory management are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, client-facing and internal/external communication skills
- Familiar with warehousing and logistics documentation, including trucking, sea freight and air freight documentation used for warehouse receiving.
- Knowledge of security procedure to ensure staff and cargo safety
- Good knowledge of basic quality control at inbound, storage, cargo protection, usual logistics cost: staff, equipments and assets utilization
- Computer literate and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools typically Excel.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
