Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and visitors warmly
- Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
- Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
- Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary include housekeeping etc
- Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Positive phone demeanor and good written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must have a service oriented mindset
- Exemplify strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Competent working with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Possess a positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- Language requirement(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work irregular shifts and weekends

**Incentive provided
**Partime and fulltime available

Location: Klang Valley

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
