Network Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing computer networks that meet the organization's requirements for performance, scalability, and security.
- Developing and enforcing network policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational security policies.
- Leading and managing a team of network engineers and technicians.
- Develop and manage the staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies and procedures of the company.
- Configure firewall devices, such as hardware firewalls or software-based firewalls, to enforce the firewall policies effectively.
- Optimize firewall performance by fine-tuning firewall settings, optimizing traffic filtering rules, and upgrading firewall hardware or software as needed to handle increasing network traffic and bandwidth requirements。
- Conduct regular penetration testing on business systems, identify security vulnerabilities, and generate testing reports; organize company security risk assessments, data security assessments, and security compliance assessments; participate in various security incident emergency response, handling, and tracing.
- Implement information system vulnerability lifecycle management, conduct vulnerability discovery validation, oversee repairs, participate in formulating the company's network information security management system, and streamline and improve various security standard specifications and processes.
- Responsible for company information security training and security awareness promotion, implementing and advocating relevant security policies and norms.
- Track the latest domestic and international hot events and technical research. Conduct vulnerability research and track new vulnerabilities.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Security, Computer Science or other related technical field or some equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years(s) working experience in computer networks, including hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and management.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations in the fields of network security, data security, personal information protection, network security level protection, and copyright protection.
- Proficiency in various open-source security vulnerability detection scanning, security prevention, security penetration testing, security auditing, and information management tools; proficient in mainstream network attack and defense techniques; familiar with common web, app, and MSSQL database injection attacks and defense methods; experience in network security attack and defense exercises preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL language, proficiency in one of Python, Java, or Go languages, and experience in developing at least one language preferred.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication and coordination abilities, able to work independently and communicate and coordinate with relevant parties; quick thinking, strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, good planning, and diligent work attitude.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
