**Transport Execution Coordinator (Hindi Speaker) - Your future position?**

**Overall mission**:

- Ensure correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in logistics execution according to the requirements specified in the role description.
- Take directions from the Road Hub Manager and others in the team on specific tasks.
- Coordinate critical assigned operational activities in close contact with the local site in the specific region.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Day to day operations in the transportation execution area:

- Act as a First Escalation point for transport issues.
- Manage critical Road daily transportation exceptions, coordinate express shipments requests with internal / external stakeholders
- Manage Inbound/Outbound deliveries updates through system (SAP +Track & Trace system) and act accordingly with internal/external stakeholders
- Review/ participate in LSP performance reviews
- Review/validate road freight invoices & manage carrier request for additional charges beyond the scope of their contracted pricing
- Monitor and take action to ensure up to date E2E Transportation Data Flow
- Create volume forecasts of road shipments and communicate to carriers
- Manage critical site specific Logistics Complaints and returns
- Ensure any specific required follow up on road transportation
- Adherence to service levels Adherence to policies and procedures

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required in order to perform job responsibilities.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in Logistics.
- Experienced in**SAP knowledge.
- Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace/Google Suite.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail, driven, consumer centric and proactive.
- Focus on gaining knowledge and possess growth mindset.
