Working closely with Implementation managers when multi-product deals are being executed. - Collaborates with team on new work procedures, analyzes complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact. - Responsible for customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and support in conjunction with partnering teams. - Demonstrates high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills. - Supports the motivation of staff and peers through constant and open interaction with the team members. Supports cross functional training to enrich their skill base. - Optimizes own capacity to achieve higher productivity levels and output. - Understands client requirements and implements them correctly. Understands new customer requirements and ensures adequate support to new customer requirements and initiatives. - Ensures a strong and robust risk environment with effective controls. Establishes risk management practice. Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check points. - Recommends new work procedures with broader scope of impact. Deals with variable (occasionally complex) issues with substantial potential impact. - 7 - 9 years of experience in Custody world and sub-related products. - Team player working closely with partners across countries / regions - Good interpersonal communication skills.
