**What you will do**:

- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
- To ensure the allocated gross margin (%GM) is achieved or improved by fully optimizing project resources.
- Project revenue and cost plan Project scheduling.
- Project organization including sub-contractor selection and evaluation.
- Need to identify various and implement mitigation and contingency plan to ensure that the project is not derailed at any point.
- Implement safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.

**How you will do it**:

- Prepare and submit shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate project procurement sourcing based on best price practice Client, consultants, main - contractors liaison and goodwill building.
- Resolving of project related issues including technical, commercial issues based on tender/project scope of work.
- Project progress supervising, timely project claims and cost controls.
- Build project margin improvement plan and opportunities including V.O opportunities.
- Perform Monthly project performance analysis with engineers for project progress and action plans.
- Continuous personal improvement plan and training for engineers.

**What we look for**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Preferably 6 years working experience in fire protection & fire suppression industries and in project management.
- Speak optimally, foster open communication; listen to others; deliver presentations optimally. Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly so that it is understood by customers; achieve understanding and agreement with customers/contractors, other department and sales staff.
