**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for supporting daily operations in areas of student activities, manage external vendors communication, student clubs and integrating Student Services into student success strategies.
- Facilitate to create, maintain, and coordinate department publications such as the Students' Handbook and updates to relevant web pages (INTI Digital Hub) and ensure all publications meet corporate communications guidelines and standards, and to integrate new technologies, online social media, and virtual communities into the overall student experience.
- Aid the relevant department/person in developing assessment instruments and surveys as well data reporting forms for the division of student services.
- Assist Management, faculty, staff, dean, and other college personnel in addressing, respond to and resolve student problems (conduct, and mental health), the investigation and resolution of student complaints, and the development and management of student facilities and dynamic common spaces throughout the campus to foster campus community.
- Support the development of student organizations, activities, services, and leadership opportunities that meet student needs, including new student orientation and other community-wide events and initiatives to transform students' lives and to increase student engagement and retention
- Support Student Services on various campus-wide committees and task forces.
- Collaborate with other departments and faculties in the process of presenting various awards and recognition initiatives to showcase and highlight student accomplishments and achievements, both curricular and co-curricular.
- Monitoring International students’ attendance and track on their whereabout
- Deliver comprehensive and effective welfare support services for all students by offering individual advice, guidance and support.
- To work closely across teams to ensure an excellent student experience
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder in such as business administration or any related field
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Good communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities.
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
