**Responsibilities** - Preparation and Review of Group monthly consolidated accounts, quarterly report and reporting to Bursa. - Supervise overseas subsidiaries finance team in daily accounting/finance work and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports. - Examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Manages overseas subsidiaries managerial reporting & analysis requirement to support sound managerial decision making and strategic business management. - Support budget development and control, variance analysis and cost related analysis and provide sound recommendations - Preparation of yearly group budget and forecasts. - Ensure overseas subsidiaries internal controls are in place and compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements. - The job requires close liaison with auditors, directors, government regulatory bodies, company secretary and tax agents on behalf of the Company. **Requirements**: - Must possess at least a Professional **Degree in Finance/Accountancy** or related professional qualification **(ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/ASCPA).**: - Preferably Managers specializing in Finance / Accounts / Audit/Taxation or equivalent. - Ideally **10 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.**: - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow management and financial forecasting. - Independent, mature and good in organization skills. - Based in Melaka and willing to travel overseas when required. **Open for Malaysians only** **Kindly send in your updated resume to "tracylim at orgresources dot com dot my"** **Salary**: RM4,894.72 - RM15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Financial controller: 10 years (preferred) **Language**: - Chinese (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Melaka (required) Ability to Relocate: - Melaka: Relocate before starting work (required)
